Alicia and Matthew are two of the sweetest people EVER. I had such an amazing time with them during their wedding at Galway Downs. This rustic and bohemian wedding day was so authentic and emotional, and I am SO grateful I was able to play a part. Every detail of this wedding at Galway Downs felt so intentional. Galway Downs in Temecula, California is literally a photographers dream come true. This venue effortlessly combines elegant sophistication with modern, bohemian details. Galway Downs is right in the center of Temecula Wine Country. This venue is absolutely COVERED in massive, lush greenery. The entire property feels so earthy and refreshing. If you are looking for a bright, elegant venue in California, you should definitely keep scrolling and check this one out!
Alicia and Matthew’s Rustic and Bohemian Wedding Day
Alicia had the sweetest group of bridesmaids. They all reminded me of sisters, and I love how excited every single one of her girls was. They spent the morning counting down to Alicia’s ceremony. I loved their matching robes! Alicia chose an incredibly dreamy, romantic yet elegant off the shoulder gown. She looked incredible!
I swear, first looks always blow me away. I love being able to capture the sweetest couples during such a special moment! Alicia and Matthew shared such an adorable first look, and Matthew’s reaction was freaking priceless. After that, I rounded up the bridal party. Like I said before, this group really did feel like one big family. I had the best time hanging out with them, and counting down to the ceremony. Alicia’s bridesmaids looked beautiful in their burnt orange dresses. Their gowns were PERFECT for a fall wedding!
The ceremony space alone at Galway Downs is enough to take my breath away all on it’s own. Let me tell you, Alicia and Matthew KILLLEEDD it with their ceremony decor! Everything from the chairs, to the dried florals and and their bohemian arch tied together so well. I swear, they did not miss a beat. I love the Galway Downs ceremony space because it feels SO light and open. Alicia and Matthew’s guests were all so sweet, and it was a really special ceremony.
Galway Downs has TONS of beautiful little spots to explore, which is exactly what I did with these two after their ceremony. The entire property is covered in lush greenery, and there is so many hidden spots all over. I seriously can NOT get over these two, and I love how sweet and romantic their photos turned out.
This reception was a huge party! Alicia and Matthew stuck with their bohemian vibes, and I really love the rustic touches from the barn. Alicia and Matthew danced the night away with their family and friends, and it was SO much fun. This wedding day is one I would happily shoot over and over again!
